Accessing your Payslips, Pension Information, and more (ESR)

The Electronic Staff Record (ESR) is the system where you can view your payslips, Total Reward Statements, and manage your pension details.

Use the SBS ePay system to claim back costs for approved work-related expenses such as training courses or business travel.

Where to find your staff assignment number

Your staff assignment number is required for various purposes, including contacting payroll and completing bank shift timesheets. It’s usually located at the top of your payslip.

Contacting Payroll (SBS)

If you have a specific question or issue regarding your pay or pension, please contact our payroll provider, SBS.

Important: When contacting SBS, please have your 8-digit staff assignment number ready. You can find this at the top of your payslip (see next section). SBS cannot discuss your query without it.
