For pay and pension queries please contact SBS, our payroll provider, on 0330 123 5761 or register to log calls via their portal by visiting https://nhssbs.microsoftcrmportals.com.
You can also download the MySBSPay app on your smartphone. This will allow you to raise a case with SBS for any payroll queries.
Please ensure to have your staff assignment (8 digit) number when you call, which can be located on your payslip. They can not discuss your query without this information.
Where to find your assignment number
Your assignment number is needed for a variety of purposes including filling out bank shift timesheets. It may be found at the top of your payslips as shown below:
