Occupational Health Team
Occupational health is a specialist branch of medicine focusing on the health of staff in the workplace. OH professionals aim to find out what impact work has on staff health and make sure that staff are fit to undertake the role they are employed to do both physically and emotionally.
Open by appointment only - 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The Psychological Staff Support Team
The team provide confidential help to staff whose mental health has been detrimentally impacted by potentially serious or critical workplace incidents:
- Workplace threats, injury, death or traumatic distress derived from working with complex clinical or occupational situations
- The emotional impact of involvement in professional investigations / disciplinaries / near misses / public inquests or complaint processes
- Individuals who are at risk of either developing or relapsing into acute mental health conditions due to workplace triggers
